Duden Waterfalls Antalya

The Düden Waterfalls are a beautiful natural wonder and tourist attraction. The waterfalls are formed by the Düden River which falls from the Taurus Mountains into the Mediterranean Sea. The Düden Waterfalls are divided into two sections: the Upper Düden Waterfalls and the Lower Düden Waterfalls.

The Düden Waterfalls are located about 12 km away from the city center. These waterfalls are famous for their dramatic beauty as they plunge over a rocky cliff. Visitors can enjoy great views from vantage points. It is divided into two branches; Upper and Lower Düden. The Upper Düden Waterfall is the smaller one however, it offers a picturesque setting for visitors. A nearby attraction is Düden Park, which provides walking trails, picnic areas, and opportunities for wildlife. The Lower Düden Waterfall is the more famous one. It drops into the Mediterranean Sea from 40 meters. The waterfall is located within the Düden Park and a lot of visitors from abroad come to see spectacular views. The park also includes a cave for you to explore, as well as walking trails.

           From the hollows of this cave, you will perceive the Düden Waterfall in a completely different way and forget your daily tiredness. There is no such beautiful place in Turkey where you can watch a waterfall flowing loudly.

    The Düden Waterfall is open every day between 8:30 and 19:30. Entrance fee is 50 Turkish Liras.
