Delivery Conditions

  1. Service Delivery:

    • Services listed on HerAntalya are provided directly by the respective service providers.
    • HerAntalya is a platform to connect consumers with providers but does not handle the physical delivery of services or products.
    • Delivery timelines, methods, and terms are the responsibility of the service providers and are outlined in their service agreements.
  2. Subscription and Advertising Services:

    • Subscription plans and advertising services are delivered as soon as the payment is processed and the service is activated on the platform.

Return and Refund Conditions

  1. Service Fees:

    • Subscription Plans:
      • Refunds are not offered for partially used subscription periods.
      • Users can cancel subscriptions at any time, but refunds for the remaining duration are subject to approval by HerAntalya's support team.
    • Advertising Payments:
      • Advertising fees are non-refundable once the ad campaign has been launched or activated.
      • Refunds for ads not delivered due to technical errors or platform issues may be granted upon review.
  2. Service Provider Disputes:

    • HerAntalya does not guarantee the quality or delivery of services offered by providers.
    • Consumers are encouraged to resolve disputes directly with service providers. HerAntalya may mediate disputes at its discretion but is not liable for service quality.
  3. Platform-Related Issues:

    • Refunds for subscription or advertising services due to platform-related issues (e.g., downtime, bugs) will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
    • Users must report issues within 7 days of occurrence to be eligible for consideration.
  4. Cancellation Policy:

    • Users can cancel subscriptions or advertising services before activation to receive a full refund.
    • Once services are activated or campaigns are live, cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
