The Municipality of Alanya carries out various activities to preserve and promote the city’s cultural values. One of the major events organized within this scope is the International Tourism and Art Festival, which has been held annually during the last week of May, based on the municipal council decision dated 14.06.2002 and numbered 19/B.

The festival aims to promote Alanya’s cultural heritage at an international level and is enriched every year with different themes and the participation of sister cities.
