The cove gets its name from the extraordinary clarity of its water. You can literally see the sea bottom from several meters deep. You can swim alongside fish and go on small underwater explorations with your snorkel. It's an ideal spot especially for those who enjoy diving and snorkeling.

Akvaryum Cove appears along the trail as you walk from the Karaöz coastal road toward the Melanippe Ancient City. Hidden within nature, this cove offers a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere under the shade of pine trees.

It’s not possible to reach the cove directly by private vehicle. You can drive to a nearby point and then take a short walk. From Karaöz Beach, it’s about a 1–1.5 kilometer route on foot. The path leads through forested areas. The walk is pleasant, but since it can be uneven, comfortable walking shoes are highly recommended!
