Antalya 9th Kaş Local Products Cooking Contest

Registrations have started for the 9th Kaş Local Products Cooking Contest, organized as part of the 26th Lycian Culture and Art Festival!

The jury will include three master chefs:

Hilal Yıldırım, head chef of Taşra Restaurant,

Serra Beklen, founding chef of Capra Çukurbağ,

Simge Manacıoğlu, founding chef of Çi Neo Cucina.

Participants will recreate traditional recipes from our local cuisine with their own personal touches, such as:

Hibeş,

Cive,

Babata Keki.
