Gelidonya Lighthouse Antalya
Gelidonya Lighthouse is located on Taşlık Cape in the Kumluca district of Antalya, along the historic Lycian Way, and holds the title of the highest lighthouse on the Turkish coastline. It stands 227 meters above sea level, construction began in 1934, and it was put into service in 1936.
The lighthouse is positioned on a hill with a panoramic view of the endless blue waters of the Mediterranean and the lush forests of Beydağları Coastal National Park. Especially during sunrise and sunset, the views offer a unique experience for photography enthusiasts and nature lovers.
