Karaalioğlu Park is located in Antalya's Muratpaşa district, right next to Kaleiçi. It is one of the city's largest and most magnificent parks. Karaalioğlu Park was built in the 1940s and covers an area of 140,000 square meters. The construction of the park took three years, and it was initially opened under the name İnönü Park. Later, it took on the name Karaalioğlu, derived from the surname of one of the landowners where the park was established. However, it is more commonly known as "Karaoğlan." As one of the most iconic locations in Antalya city center, Karaalioğlu Park is surrounded by flowers, trees, and plant species reflecting Antalya's unique flora.
Located just above the Kaleiçi district, Karaalioğlu Park offers a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean. Visitors can come during sunrise or sunset to witness the stunning scenery.
