Ataturk State Hospital Antalya
Antalya Atatürk State Hospital started its services in 1968 as the SSK Antalya Regional Hospital and took its current name after being transferred to the Ministry of Health in 2005. The hospital operates with a capacity of 365 beds, 14 operating rooms, 1 delivery room, 5 level II intensive care units, and 19 level III intensive care beds.
Following the seismic safety tests of the hospital's existing buildings, a decision was made to vacate Block A and strengthen Block B. In this regard, it is planned to build a modern 500-bed hospital at the current location of Atatürk State Hospital. Before the demolition process begins, outpatient and emergency services will continue, while other services will be relocated to Antalya City Hospital.
Antalya Atatürk State Hospital is a well-established institution that has been providing healthcare services to the local community for many years. The hospital contributes to the community by organizing various health activities and awareness programs. Notably, during "Organ Donation Week," the hospital set up a booth to raise awareness about the importance of organ donation to patients and visitors.
