Altınkaya Bridge Antalya
Altınkaya Bridge is a historical structure located in Altınkaya (formerly known as Zerk) Neighborhood in the Manavgat district of Antalya. It served as a vital passage to the ancient city of Selge. The bridge is built over the Köprüçay River (known as Eurymedon in ancient times) and is also referred to as Oluk Bridge.
Constructed with a single arch and large stone blocks, this bridge is one of the engineering marvels of the Roman era. Its construction technique and architectural features indicate that it was built in the 2nd century AD, during the peak period of the city of Selge.
Altınkaya Bridge is located within the Köprülü Canyon National Park, blending seamlessly with the region’s natural beauty.
