Evdir Han is an important caravanserai from the Seljuk period, located in the Döşemealtı district of Antalya. Built in the 13th century, this han (inn) stands out for its location on the historic Silk Road. Positioned along the trade routes extending from Antalya to the north, towards Burdur and Konya, Evdir Han was once a crucial stopover for merchants and travelers.

It is believed that Evdir Han was built during the reign of Seljuk Sultan Alaeddin Keykubad I in the 1220s. Reflecting the classic features of Seljuk architecture, the han was constructed using cut stone and bricks. Its entrance gate is a fine example of Seljuk stone craftsmanship, with elaborate decorations and an arched structure.

The han follows an open courtyard layout. Surrounding the courtyard, there were rooms where merchants and travelers used to stay. In the center of the courtyard, spaces were designated for tying up animals. Although much of the structure is now in ruins, its entrance gate and some walls remain standing.

Despite its ruined state today, Evdir Han is one of Antalya's significant historical and cultural landmarks and is worth visiting. It offers a fascinating atmosphere, especially for those interested in history and architecture.
