Kemer State Hospital Antalya
Kemer State Hospital in Antalya is an important healthcare institution serving the Kemer district. The hospital, which started its operations as a health center in 1984, was transformed into a health center in 1991 and gained hospital status in 1998. In 2015, the hospital moved to its new building in the Yeni Mahalle Dedeler area and continues to operate with a capacity of 52 beds.
The hospital has earned the title of "Mother-Friendly Hospital" by meeting the criteria set by the Ministry of Health. This allows providing privacy and comfort to expectant mothers in single-bed delivery units. Kemer State Hospital is the first in the Antalya region to open a 10-bed Palliative Care Unit, serving patients who are unable to receive medical and surgical treatments and are in need of personal care. The hospital has also made a significant step in digitalization by receiving the HİMSS EMRAM Level 6 Digital Hospital Certificate. The hospital is located in an easily accessible area in the center of Kemer.
