Zeytintasi Cave Antalya

Zeytintaşı Cave is located 15 km north of Antalya's Serik district, within the borders of Akbaş Village, and is a karstic cave estimated to have formed over one million years. The cave was accidentally discovered in 1997 during quarry operations and was designated a "Natural Monument" in 2013.

The cave consists of two interconnected levels. The Upper Level, including its side corridors, is 136 meters long and open to visitorsThe Lower Level is 97 meters long and remains closed to visitors to prevent damage.

Inside, various stalactite formations such as travertines, soda straws, popcorn formations, and helictites are still forming. Especially, "spaghetti stalactites," ranging in size from 5 cm to 70 cm, stand out, and for this reason, the related hall is called "Spaghetti Hall."
